This is a super tricky question to if you were to rely on generally accepted knowledge, FDA guidelines, and marketing/labeling.
The really simple thing to do where you don’t even need to worry about that question is just reduce the overall net amount of sugar you consume. Doing this, this will make you healthier, lean, more fit, skinny, have more “energy”, and just feel good.
But…you should know the “why” behind it so your’e much more conscience about it
The answer? No…BUT it REALLY depends on what it’s in and how much you have.
Ok…what does that mean. We’ll start with a quick guide in case you only have a few seconds to read this, and then break it down it further down in more detail.
Here are the 4 categories:
Good = sugars in whole fruits like apples, blueberries, pears; vegetables, and whole grains.
Ok = Pastas, brown rice, potatoes,.
Bad…only eat on special occasions = Potato chips, white rice,
Avoid 100% of the time = Coke/Soda/Pop, fruit juices at major stores (i.e. cheap juices)
